How long does processing take?
All Candy Raine Services items are handmade to order. Our current processing time for custom party favors is 2–4 weeks.
When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped based on the date you need your items to arrive, not the date of your event. Please be sure to provide your desired delivery date at checkout.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Do you accept returns or cancellations?
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and cancellations are not accepted.
Can I make changes to my order?
Yes, changes to themes or items may be made only if production has not yet started.
